About Digital signal?

When the ogue radio signal is replaced by digital in 2015, there will be millions of unusable domestic radios being scrapped and there are hardly any DAB car radios in use so I ume they will become useless. That is what the government is doing. I think AnYing is being over-optimistic, if ogue TV can be switched off I can see no reason why they couldn't do the same with radio. Lets face it, we British complain a lot but, when push comes to shove, nothing is ever done.
