Can you send football cards to football players to be signed?

my brother got these signing cards for his birthday and i was wondering if you could send them to a fan address and get them signed. the ones he has are Nnamdi Asomugha, raiders, Pierre Thomas, saints (luv the saints!) Chansi Stuckey, jets, Chad Greenway, vikings, Kenny Britt, titans, John Carlson, seahawks, and Brandon Jacobs, giants....so can you send them and get them signed and if you can what do you have to do and what are the addresses.
