Where is the best place to pierce your ears in Bangkok?

I'm thinking of getting another ear piercing on my ear, but I don't know any clean place to go in Thailand because I got my other ones done in England. Does anyone know a place that is acsessable and not too expensive?? Also, how old do you have to be to get it done on your own?? And just out of curiosity, what is the drinking age in bkk??
