Why does he so quickly?

Hey my name is Kandi and I'm 18 years old :-) I met Richie two weeks ago and we have been seeing each other. We really like each other but he does not last long. Three minutes for regular and two minutes for oral. As soon as it goes in he finishes. Btw he is 23 so I though he would have more experience and know how to please me. What can I do to make him last longer?
