Is anybody else noticing/having this problem??? (Questions disappearing, then reappearing)?

whenever i answer a question and click the link to go back to the rhh main room, alot of the questions (doesn't matter if they were posted 5 minutes ago or 50 minutes ago) won't be there... as if they got deleted or somethin, and i gotta hit refresh a couple times to see them and any new questions posted again. What's the deal with that?
