Are their any companies in the DC area that let you rent apts through their company with bad credit by paying?

I have bad credit but, I want to rent an apt using a compnay;s name . No I dont have a co-signer or do I want to use a private owner with a small property.I just want to pay a fee for the service of using the persons name.
