A band that opened for korn in the late 90's to early 00's??

ok i had an english teacher in highschool named charles pollet who was apart of a band who opened for korn on more than one occasion something like groove theory or sumthing like that i dunno but i cant remember the band name one of the songs they did was "puff nuts" if you could help me get that band name itd be much appreciated thanks
