Can anyone share experiences they've had with hypnosis? Especially, people who have been to India?

I'm a person that has hypnotized myself in the past. A hypnotherapist told me I was a good hypnotic subject. I'd like to hear about other people's experiences with hypnosis. Especially, people who have been to India.That is people who might have been hypnotized by Sadhus, snake charmers, or magicians.Or have experienced trance states with Yogis or in Hindu temples.
