I used to weigh 230 pounds and I am 6ft tall. I am a 17 year old male. According to the BMI scale I was considered obese. Now I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. I weigh 210 pounds. I am continuing to lose weight. I used to do all that proper dieting and exercising but it wasn't doing any justice. Neither did the Atkins diet. I intend to stop around 180 pounds, but am I on the road to anorexia?
