Will my leg be like after breaking it? I want to do lots of things right now?

I know that I will have to wait more time to play and do normal things when I get my cast off, now I want to do lots of things, go outside with my friends, play in recess time at school and walk without crutches, what to expect when my cast is off? probably I will have to wear another cast up to my knee but when I'm free of casts, how long to walk and run and play like I'm used to? I will have to wear this cast for a month.
