Ttc OVULATION please help?

My last period was the 14th of this month. Per my ovulation predictor online I should of ovulate today. But I notice that last week like thurdday i had a little discharge white thick cm, but since then I been really dry. Just when I go to the restroom I seedry discharge on my underwear. I dont feel wet if I was soppose to ovulate today. Could I be pregnant. Or what? Do you ovulate if your pregnant? Please hlp. thanks
